The flash washed out the color, because it's really a deep burgundy. The imported DK Marble yarn is self-striping and very soft...a dream to work with. I made it by alternating sc and dc stitches to give the lighter weight yarn a bit more thickness and warmth for hubby.

Thanks!! It's "Marble" yarn, and self-striping...an import from the UK. I came across it in AC Moore, of all places!
And the scarf is soft...
