I made these for my friend Mary's great niece, who is just past one month old.
They were very easy - and fast - to make. I made the lacy part using #3 thread instead of #10 as was suggested, adjusting the starting chain to fit.

Baby booties are always fun to make, use small amount of yarn and are usually fast.
I generally knit mine; but have crocheted them also.

You've been busy! I hadn't stopped by in a while, and you've uploaded a lot of new stuff. You did a great job with the pets afghan! I've never been able to do graphghans myself - to fiddly for my taste.
