A Baby Ghan for Our Great-Nephew... my latest project - and it's a doozy! I'm working from a graph and making a blue ghan with a big picture of a baseball-bat carrying bear on it. The border will be deep, and edged with a cross-stitch design of the Greek Key pattern as an homage to the mom-to-be's nationality.

I am so thankful for Linda (Diznemom): for both her beautiful pattern as well as her patience in answering what I can see now was a super-basic question! I am also thankful for Lesley Brown of Lemontreestitchery in the UK. Once I described what I was looking for and looked at some variations of the Greek Key she whipped up an original chart/pattern for me, which I downloaded and printed immediately. She was more than reasonable in her fee, too, IMHO.
Thank you, ladies!!
Pics to come when I've made more progress than a couple of bear feet, which is all I have right now - but it has been moving faster than I thought it would!
