A New CAL on Crochetville...

...grabbed my attention this past week. It's Van Goh's Closet...we basically picked whatever colors/shades we wanted and tried to blend them into a unique effect. This is a pic of my first attempt, using baby yellow, aqua and a variegated, (2 strands at a time with an N hook). I'm nearly finished with the baby round ripple. It's been a nice, easy break from following the bear chart - but I'm now anxious to pick that up again.

That is so creative and pretty. I have often thought of taking up knitting due to it's calming affects. I just worry I will be chastised for being a knitting man, though. I hope you are having a great weekend and that your next project turns out great!
